Where can I find you?  Locally in San Antonio, you can find my work at The Artisan, The Twig Bookshop, and Magnolia Pancake Haus.

How do I order?  Shop with us online at here at glowingleonesa.com.  Or visit us at one of the mentioned stores above.

Do you wholesale?  Not at this time.

Can I place an order through Instagram or Facebook?  If your order requires shipping, then no, your order must be placed through our website. If you want to do a local pickup/pay cash, then yes, send us a message.

What if I saw something I like on your social media but it's not available on your website?  Check to see if I've "dropped" it yet. Sometimes I schedule drops so you'll see new stuff on Instagram  or Facebook that hasn't hit the website yet. If it is an older style that was previously dropped but is now sold-out, there is a possibility it can be remade IF it is acrylic. Send us a message.

Do you offer free local pickup? At this time I'm only offering free pickup at The Artisan or The Twig Bookstore upon scheduling. Use the code "LOCAL" at checkout and send me a message to schedule your pickup. **PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CODE "LOCAL" UNLESS YOU WILL BE PICKING YOUR ORDER UP. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP**

When can I pick up my local order? In 1-5 business days from the time you place your order. Send me a message/email to schedule a pickup day/time. We only offer local pickup Monday-Friday.

Do you accept custom orders? It depends on what it is. Send us a message. Are they acrylic? Some are acrylic, others are hand-poured resin. Details of each pair will be in the descriptions of the individual listings. What materials do you use? Some of our earrings are handmade with a two-part epoxy resin, while others are laser-cut acrylic. Each pair is assembled with hypoallergenic hardware. The posts we use are stainless steel, and the hooks are hypoallergenic with sterling silver upon request for an additional fee.

How long will it take to get my order? It typically takes us between 1-5 business days to ship. It depends on if your order consists of items we have on hand, made to order, or pre-order. Once your package is dropped at the post office you will receive tracking info via email provided. Shipping time is out of my hands once dropped at the post office. If you feel that your package is lost, please refer back to your tracking information and call the post office. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

What if I submit the wrong address at checkout? Please double check to make sure you are entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you accidentally submit the wrong address, email me ASAP as our processing time is typically shorter than the 3-5 business days we have posted. I will change the address on my end. If your package ships before you contact me to change your address, you will have to contact the post office as it will be out of my hands. I will not issue replacements or refunds for orders delivered to the wrong address.

What if I submitted the wrong address but you already shipped? Refer back to the tracking information that was sent to the email provided and contact the post office that received it. If your package is sent back to us we can offer free local pickup, or you must cover shipping costs to have it sent to the correct address. If your package was returned to us and you do not want to pay the additional shipping, we will refund you minus the original cost of shipping. Once your package is marked as delivered it is considered to be in your hands unless it was sent back to me. I will not issue replacements or refunds for orders delivered to the wrong address. Please understand that we are a small business and cannot afford to incur costs for mistakes we aren't responsible for.

Do you have clip ons?  Yes! Search "Clip on" to see the styles we have available online. If you see something you like  that's not a clip on, send me a message because we may be able to convert it.

Do you have any necklaces? Only select few available on market days.

Do you have any bracelets? Not at this time.

Are the earrings heavy? No, they are made of light wood and resin and/or acrylic so they are all extremely lightweight. The largest pair together weighs about 8 grams.

What forms of payment do you accept? On market days we accept cash or card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover). We do not accept: ApplePay, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.

How do I contact you? Please feel free to send me a message via the conversation bubble on my website, email, or Instagram. I do not accept messages on Facebook since they integrated to the Meta Business Suite. If you DM me on social media your message may or may not be seen so I recommend sending an email or messaging via the conversation bubble on our site. If you don't get a response from me within 1 business day or so please reach out on a different platform. If you have any questions before ordering please don't hesitate to reach out via email!
